MOJI Return & Refund Policy

At MOJI, we take great pride in crafting premium products for you. However, in the rare event that you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we’re here to help.

Return Window:
Please report return requests within 48 hours of receiving your order by writing to us at: support@mojifashion.com

Return Conditions:

  1. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  2. All tags, labels, and price stickers must be intact.
  3. We do not accept returns for products damaged by the customer or returned without original packaging.

All returns are subject to a quality check at our end. Products that fail this check will not be eligible for return/refund.


Return Process
1️⃣ Email us at support@mojifashion.com with your order details and product photos
2️⃣ Our team will review and verify your request
3️⃣ Upon approval, we’ll initiate the return process
4️⃣ After we receive the item and conduct a quality check, we’ll process your refund or exchange
5️⃣ Please note — shipping charges or COD fees are non-refundable


Refund Timelines:

For Prepaid Orders:
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days after receiving the product and completing the quality check. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For COD Orders:
We will request your bank details via email after verifying your claim. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days post-verification.
